Terms of Use
These terms govern access to Monnieverse websites, transmissions, voting, waitlists and related digital experiences.
1. Ownership
Monnieverse, Monnie, Monnie 001, the character artwork, galaxy-eye design, stories, dialogue, spacecraft, visual identity, product designs, site presentation and related creative materials are proprietary works owned or controlled by the Monnieverse owner/operator. No sale, signup or site access transfers intellectual-property ownership.
2. Limited permission
You may access this site for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, sell, mint, manufacture, modify, distribute, scrape, train an artificial-intelligence system on, create derivative characters from, reverse engineer, or use Monnieverse materials to develop a competing product without prior written permission.
3. Automated access
Automated extraction, dataset creation, model training, prompt replication, systematic copying, security testing without authorization and attempts to bypass technical controls are prohibited. Search-engine indexing that respects published crawler instructions is permitted.
4. Community participation
Votes and responses may influence future creative decisions but do not create ownership, authorship, royalties or approval rights. You retain ownership of original content you submit, while granting Monnieverse a nonexclusive license to use that submission to operate and improve the requested experience.
5. Product information
The store offers a $77 seven-inch Monnie Mega preorder bundle, a $55 five-inch Monnie Middle figure, and a $33 Mystery Egg Mini, each with U.S. shipping included. Monnie Middle includes one figure in the selected color, without an egg, stand, UFO or digital wallpapers. Middle is made to order and its shipping date is not yet confirmed. See the Monnie shop for each offer’s contents and production status. A shipping date for the seven-inch preorder is not yet confirmed. Mystery Egg colors cannot be selected; its shell is crackable packaging and may not remain intact after opening. The egg and mini figure are its only included items. Character artwork and the labeled rear-view concept are illustrative. Middle’s studio artwork is based on the actual green sample; its original product photo is also available. Any earlier four-inch photographs are labeled as finish references, not photos of these new products. Earlier paid orders retain their original purchase details. A newsletter signup is not a purchase or reservation. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. 6. Age and acceptable use
This site is not directed to children under 13. Do not misuse the site, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, interfere with service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases or source systems.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Monnieverse does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every concept shown will be manufactured. To the extent permitted by law, the owner/operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
8. Enforcement and changes
Access may be restricted for violations. These terms may be updated as the product, app and preorder system develop. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
